Everblue was founded by Evan Leib, who has spent over 15 years working closely with homes, property owners, and the day-to-day realities of management.
Through that experience, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to run a home well and how often that standard falls short.
What started as a passion for hospitality quickly grew into something more. Evan saw firsthand how much better the experience could be for both owners and guests – with the right systems, the right care, and the right attention to detail. He also recognized the opportunity to help homeowners not only protect their investment, but make it perform.
