This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit everblueproperties.com and any related pages and features (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your phone number (optional);
  • The inquiry type you select (for example, "Property Owner," "General Inquiry," or "Rental Question");
  • The content of your message and any other details you choose to include.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, which may include:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • Device and browser type, operating system, and screen resolution;
  • Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, referring URL, and other usage data;
  • Information collected by spam-protection services (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) to distinguish humans from automated traffic.

Information from Third Parties

If you book a vacation rental property through our reservations platform, that platform processes the information required to complete the booking and may share certain transactional information with us to help us manage the stay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Communicate with property owners, prospective owners, guests, and other contacts about their relationship with us;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to the Site;
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with third parties that help us operate the Site and run our business, including hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, spam protection, mapping, and reservations platforms. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide their services to us.
  • Legal compliance. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Everblue, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Everblue is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4. Service Providers We Rely On

The Site uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

  • Vercel — hosting and Vercel Analytics for aggregated, privacy-friendly site analytics;
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics and reporting;
  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure (located in the United States);
  • Resend — transactional email delivery;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and abuse protection on forms;
  • Google Maps — displaying property locations;
  • Guesty — our reservations platform for vacation rentals.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle your information.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary — cookies required to deliver the Site and to keep authenticated admin sessions secure;
  • Analytics — cookies and identifiers used by Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
  • Security — tokens placed by Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated traffic.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or storage system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it;
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA);
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right);
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing and usage data), and the contents of communications you send us through forms.

To submit a request to exercise any of these rights, please email hello@everblueproperties.com. We will verify your request before responding and will respond within the time period required by law.
